To enhance the customer experience and to assist those who are new to the Brisbane ferry system we have Courtesy Crew who roam the network Wednesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm, every week. Courtesy Crew assist our customers with navigating the network, with river information, sites and directions. Please seek them out if you have a query, they are easily identifiable by their branded uniforms and eager to assist.

Riverside Ticket Office
Centrally located at Eagle Street Pier the Riverside Ticket Office is a convenient location for tourists to purchase tickets and ask our friendly Customer Service Officer questions about the service, ticketing and general tourist information. The Ticket Office is open 5 days a week 9am – 5pm.
